I am all about supporting black businesses, but OMG....the lack of communication and professionalism isn’t there (for the most part). This is a big pet peeve of mine. Now that I have my hand in a variety of side hustles, I understand how important is to communicate with customers and provide the best experience.
I think all of those customer service jobs back in the day and the military taught me so much, therefore, I make sure I exude excellence through my products and services at all times.

This is the year of the ENTREPRENEUR, so act accordingly, because you will lose out with horrible customer service practices. There aren’t any excuses regarding this matter. Anyone can take free online courses or even YouTube videos regarding this subject.
