While the whole entire world is still in panic, this is the best time to focus on your self development. Again, I am not scared or panicking at this time.
Me and my friend from Philly have been talking about how the “Brewski” opens doors to other opportunities instead of all the negative aspects. It‘s a beautiful thing! It is CRUCIAL to have motivated people around you, not people screaming, “We are all gonna die!”

I’ve been working my “Knock Knock” affirmation cards like a champ. I just received a new deck in the mail today and I love it. I’ve been reading an affirmation book with my daughter and she created one for herself last night. She said, “I AM funny mommy!” I laughed and said, “Ok,

Prayer, meditation, and soul searching are a must at this time. Take the time to seek God or whatever higher power you believe in. I wish I brought my singing bowl while I’m visiting family, but I don’t know how they would have felt, so it’s left at the apartment. Sad face : (
Also, I’m participating in a personal prayer event at 4:44am and 4:44pm. The number #444 represents stability. I just want to pray for the world and my city. Shout out to Ghetto Nun!
4. Self-Development 👩🏾🎓📚👩🏾💻📖
I literally read a book last night on how to expand my business capabilities as a cuddle therapist. I will be reading the whole time while I’m home. There is so much to learn out here. I’m avoiding the news at all costs. Everybody isn’t catching this virus. Some people are recovering beautifully. Don’t believe the hype.
If you don‘t like to read, audiobooks and YouTube are helpful. LinkedIn also has learning courses for different business/career topics.
5. Stay Connected ❤️
Check on your friends and loved ones to make sure they are alright. I’ve been in contact with my loyal cuddle clients as well. I also took the time to leave “Sin City” and come to my parents for a bit. It’s nice to be around family during this time and not feel so alone.
6. Work on Your Fitness
This is the time to workout out from home, find a new hobby regarding fitness such as pole, yoga, bellydancing, etc. If I was home, I would have my pole up for sure....but that’s when I get my house. It’s not official yet (I’ll be a 2nd time homeowner again). I think I’m going to practice “belly rolls” with my sister since she’s good with belly dancing.
7. Keep Your Immunity UP
Take supplements, drink water, and work on some unhealthy habits for optimal health. I have my arsenal with me. 💊💊💊
Don’t look at this situation as the worse of times, but the best of times. You can make any situation out of lemons to lemonade and benefit. 🍋
